** The annual re-certification visit is required by law, as your medical marijuana card is only for 1 year.
NOTE: We DO offer discounts for Seniors, Veterans, Cannabis Industry Professionals, and Hospice Patients.
Payment for all services is due at the time services are rendered
Patient must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a designated primary caregiver
Patient must have a qualifying medical condition as defined by Nevada Revised Statutes
Patient must be a legal resident of Nevada with a valid state photo I.D.
Valley Center for Cannabis Therapy will not issue any refunds for no shows and late cancellations. The latter means cancellations made less than 24 hours notice. You will be billed for the remaining amount due for the visit and you will have to prepay your next appointment.
Follow up visits
No show or late cancellation for confirmed appointments will be billed the full cost of the visit. We will charge your card on file for any outstanding balances. If we can’t charge your card, then you will have to settle your account balance before receiving any further services. You may also be required to prepay for your next appointment in full at the time of booking.
Valley Center for Cannabis Therapy strictly implements the aforementioned policies so we can consistently provide high quality services and schedule long office visits. We thank you in advance for your understanding and kind consideration.
NOTE: If you come 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your visit. You may opt to reschedule the appointment provided that your balance is paid in full. If our physician believes he/she has the time required to meet your needs, then the appointment will proceed as scheduled.
